A typo on our end, a misspelling of text you sent, a detail you gave us that we left out — we correct it free. No argument, no restocking fee, nothing to ship back.
If you paid for same day and we don’t deliver same day, we refund the difference between the two prices. You still keep the work.

What if my flyer is low resolution?
Send the biggest version you have — the original file beats a screenshot every time. We animate what you send; we can’t add detail that isn’t there, so a blurry flyer makes a blurry video.
Can you change the text or the design?
Not on this service — your flyer is animated exactly as you send it, and any error already on it will appear in the video. If it needs designing or fixing first, order Custom Flyer & Motion Flyer Design instead.
How fast will I get it?
Standard turnaround is 1–2 business days from when we receive your details — not from checkout. This product doesn’t offer a same-day slot — order a single flyer if you need one today.
What exactly do I receive?
One finished file, one size, by email, ready to post. Extra sizes or crops aren’t included — ask before ordering if you need a specific one.
Can I use it in paid ads?
Yes. Full commercial rights, no watermark, no licence fee, no expiry. Run it wherever you like, for as long as you like.
What if something’s wrong with it?
If we introduced the error, tell us within 7 days and we fix it free. If the detail you sent was wrong, that needs a new order — which is why it’s worth reading your text twice before you hit send.
Can I cancel?
Full refund any time before we begin production. Once we’ve started, it’s custom work made for you and can’t be resold, so it’s non-refundable.

- Each flyer comes back next business day as one finished MP4, animated exactly as you sent it, ready to post.
