How do I send you my flyer or logo?

Reply to your order confirmation email with the files attached. That's the whole process. No forms, no apps, no account.

How long does it take?

Next Day is within 24 hours. Same Day is a limited number of guaranteed slots each day — order before 6:00 PM Eastern Time. Timing starts when we receive your details, not when you check out.

What if I don't have a flyer yet?

Order the Custom Flyer & Motion Flyer Design. We design it from scratch based on your details, then animate it.

What do I actually receive?

One finished file, in one size, delivered by email and ready to post. Extra sizes, crops or aspect ratios aren't included — tell us before you order if you need a specific one and we'll tell you what's possible.

Is there a watermark?

No. Your file is clean and yours to use however you want, forever.

How many revisions do I get?

Orders don't include revision rounds. If we introduced an error — a typo, a misspelling of text you sent us, or a detail you gave us that we left out — tell us within 7 days and we fix it free.

What we can't do is edit artwork, logos or photos you supply, correct spelling or dates already printed on a flyer you send, or change the details or creative direction after production has started. Those need a new order, so please check everything before you send it.

Can I use it for paid ads?

Yes. Your file is yours. Run it on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, wherever. No licence fee, no expiry.

What length should I choose?

15 seconds works for Stories and quick promos. 30 seconds is the sweet spot for Reels and TikTok. 45 and 60 seconds are the full cinematic treatment for big events, album drops, and grand openings.

Do you add music or sound?

We keep it to sound effects rather than licensed music, so you never have a post muted or taken down for copyright. Ask before you order if sound matters for your piece.

What if I need it today?

Pick the Same Day option and reply to your confirmation email immediately with everything we need. The faster you send details, the faster we deliver.

Do you offer refunds?

You can cancel for a full refund any time before we begin production — just reply to your order confirmation. Once production has begun, orders are non-refundable, because the work is custom-made for you and can't be resold.

If we make a mistake, we fix it free. If you paid for a same-day slot and we miss it, we refund the difference between the same-day and next-day price. See our refund policy for full details.
