How do I send you my flyer or logo?

Reply to your order confirmation email with the files attached. That's the whole process. No forms, no apps, no account.

How long does it take?

Standard is 1–2 business days. Same Day is a limited number of guaranteed slots each day.

We work Monday to Saturday and are closed Sunday. Timing starts when we receive your details, not when you check out — so reply to that confirmation email right away.

Same-day cut-offs: 2:00 PM Eastern for Custom Flyer & Motion Flyer Design, 6:00 PM Eastern for everything else. Send your details after the cut-off, or on a Sunday, and we deliver the next business day.

What if I don't have a flyer yet?

Order the Custom Flyer & Motion Flyer Design. We design it from scratch based on your details, then animate it.

What do I actually receive?

One finished file, in one size, delivered by email and ready to post. Extra sizes, crops or aspect ratios aren't included — tell us before you order if you need a specific one and we'll tell you what's possible.

Is there a watermark?

No. Your file is clean and yours to use however you want, forever.

How many revisions do I get?

Orders don't include revision rounds. If we introduced an error — a typo, a misspelling of text you sent us, or a detail you gave us that we left out — tell us within 7 days and we fix it free.

What we can't do is edit artwork, logos or photos you supply, correct spelling or dates already printed on a flyer you send, or change the details or creative direction after production has started. Those need a new order, so please check everything before you send it.

Can I use it for paid ads?

Yes. Your file is yours. Run it on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, wherever. No licence fee, no expiry.

What length should I choose?

15 seconds works for Stories and quick promos. 30 seconds is the sweet spot for Reels and TikTok. 45 and 60 seconds are the full cinematic treatment for big events, album drops, and grand openings.

Do you add music or sound?

Every piece comes with sound design — effects built around the animation rather than a licensed track, so you're never at risk of a post being muted or pulled for copyright.

If you want specific music, there's an attach audio field on the product page. Upload your track and we'll build the animation around it. You need to hold the rights to any audio you send us — note that music from a platform's own audio library usually covers organic posts only and not paid ads.

Can I make a special request?

Yes — there's a special requests box on the product page. We act on requests wherever we reasonably can, but a request isn't a specification and isn't guaranteed. If something is essential to your order, ask us before you order so we can tell you whether it's possible.

What if I need it today?

Pick the Same Day option and reply to your confirmation email immediately with everything we need. You need to get your details in before that product's cut-off — 2:00 PM Eastern for custom design, 6:00 PM Eastern for everything else — and we need to be open, so Monday to Saturday.

Same-day slots are on single orders only. The 3-flyer pack runs on standard turnaround.

Do you offer refunds?

You can cancel for a full refund any time before we begin production — just reply to your order confirmation. Once production has begun, orders are non-refundable, because the work is custom-made for you and can't be resold.

If we make a mistake, we fix it free. If you paid for a same-day slot, got your details in before the cut-off, and we miss it, we refund the difference between the same-day and standard price. See our refund policy for full details.
