Revisions — please read
If we make a mistake, we fix it free. A typo on our end, or a detail you sent us that we left out — tell us within 7 days and we correct it at no charge.
Beyond that, orders don't include revision rounds. We can't edit photos, logos or artwork you send us, and wrong details you supplied or changes of mind need a new order. Double-check each set of details before you send it.
How the three work
- Order once. You're buying three credits.
- Use them whenever you're ready. Reply to your order confirmation email with the details for the first one. When you need the next, reply to that same email thread again.
- Each one is separate. Different event, different business, different month — doesn't matter. We track your remaining credits.
Credits are valid for 90 days from purchase.
