Revisions — please read
If we make a mistake, we fix it free. A typo on our end, or a detail you sent us that we left out — tell us within 7 days and we correct it at no charge.
Beyond that, orders don't include revision rounds:
- We can't edit photos, logos or artwork you send us — those are used as supplied
- Wrong dates, names, prices or spelling that you sent us need a new order
- Changes of mind on style, colours or concept after delivery need a new order

What if something needs changing?+
